We were blessed to have the presence of the Most Reverend Michael C. Barber, SJ, Bishop of Oakland, at St. Margaret Mary’s for the launching of the diocese’s Reclaiming Christ’s Mission Together Campaign on March 6, 2015. This special endeavor aims to strengthen and stabilize the diocese’s long-term financial footing, increase funding for parish projects and needs, and demonstrate sound stewardship over the gifts the diocese has already received. Both Fr. Rafal Duda (Parochial Administrator of St. Margaret Mary’s) and Canon Olivier Meney (Episcopal Delegate for the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite in the Diocese of Oakland) were also there to welcome the bishop.
