Barber, SJ, Bishop of Oakland, at St. Margaret Mary’s for the launching of the diocese’s Reclaiming Christ’s Mission Together Campaign on March 6, 2015. Both Fr. Rafal Duda (Parochial Administrator of St. Margaret Mary’s) and Canon Olivier Meney (Episcopal Delegate for the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite in the Diocese of Oakland) were also there to welcome the bishop.
