There remains much uncertainty on the availability of public masses across the US and in other countries, as the corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic rages on, leaving the faithful not much choice but to rely on live streaming of private masses of priests. In light of current circumstances, we will start to live stream our weekly Traditional Latin Masses starting this Sunday, Laetare Sunday, on March 22, 2020 at 2:00 PM. Depending on good internet connection, we hope to make it available for viewing either on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SFTLMS/) and/or on our YouTube channel (https://youtu.be/iQ-u-i64DJ0). Please feel free to share to friends and family!

Please feel free to stop by and say hello! At 12:00 PM, the Institute apostolate faithful will gather with Canons Ueda and Wiener by the 3rd flagpole on the right, facing City Hall. The walk starts at 1:30PM. We start walking from Civic Center Plaza down Market Street to Embarcadero Plaza. The entire Institute contingent will walk together under the Institute banner, and then pose for a group photo at the end of the Walk.
Just a reminder about two important Christmastide feasts for this week, starting off with the Feast of the Most Holy Name of Jesus tomorrow (January 5) and the Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord (January 6). Our regular EF Mass for the first Sunday of the month (tomorrow – January 5, 2020) will take place at 5:00 PM at the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (1040 Alameda de las Pulgas, Belmont, CA). On Monday (January 6, 2020), a Sung High Mass for Epiphany will be celebrated at 6:30 PM. The solemn blessing of Epiphany water and chalk will then take place after mass. Be sure to bring water to be blessed! The water that is blessed here is accompanied by exorcism prayers along with the litany of the saints, making it quite powerful! It is highly recommended that a gallon bottle container (rather than on a normal-size bottled water) be brought in.
We wish to inform our readers that due to a conflict in the parish schedule, the monthly TLM at the Church of the Nativity, Menlo Park, CA (Second Saturday of the Month at 9AM) will be canceled for January 11, 2020. The next EF Mass will be on February 8. Please mark your calendars and invite your friends!
