Thirteenth Sunday after Pentecost-Traditional Latin Mass-August 18, 2013  Galatians 3:22  Sed conclusit Scriptura omnia sub peccato, ut promissio ex fide Jesu Christi daretur credentibus; But the Scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by the faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. Luke 17:17-18  Respondens autem Jesus, dixit:  Nonne decem mundati sunt? Quality Altar Boys Needed

Respectful, responsible, and reverent Catholic boys, who have already made their First Confession and received their First Holy Communion, are invited to become altar servers at the Traditional Latin Masses celebrated at Star of the Sea Parish, 4420 Geary Boulevard, San Francisco, California.  They must have completed the fourth grade and not yet have begun high school. Permission in writing from their parents or guardians is required.  Practices will be arranged to suit the schedules of the majority of the boys and the pastor.  Printed materials will be provided.  Instruction on the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be given. Latin pronunciation lessons will be part of the process   Only those willing to serve at daily 7:30 A.M. Masses, Sunday 11:00 A.M. Mass, and other special days need apply.   This is for boys who really want to serve the Lord of Lords, the King of Kings at His altar.  Parents should apply or have any questions through email to Father Mark Mazza at frmgm2012@yahoo.com.
