Registrations are now being accepted for the 2015 Conference being put on by The Latin Mass: The Journal of Catholic Culture and Tradition and Keep the Faith. The theme for this year’s conference is “The Crisis of Leadership in the Catholic Church.”

The stated goal of The Latin Mass magazine is to be the intellectual arm of Catholics who are working for the return of the Church to tradition and authentic organic development. This conference is for all Catholics, but especially for those committed to the timeless spiritual treasures of the traditional Mass.

The conference will be held for two full days this year on the weekend of February 28 and March 1, 2015 at the Monterey Beach Resort in Monterey, California. The participants, many of whom return year after year, report that they are encouraged and edified by the topics and by the speakers, many of whom are regular contributors to the The Latin Mass magazine. The ocean beach on which the conference hotel is situated is one of the great pleasures of attending this event. The beach can be viewed from the conference room windows and enjoyed more fully during breaks between conference events.

Three speakers, Father Kenneth Baker, S.J., Ronald G. Connolly, M.D., and Christopher A. Ferrara, J.D., are regular speakers at the conference.

Father Kenneth Baker, S.J., is Editor Emeritus of the Homiletic and Pastoral Review. He is also a regular contributor to The Latin Mass magazine.

Ronald G. Connolly, M.D., practices Internal Medicine in Lafayette, CA. He is the author of I’ll Bet My Life On It: One Doctor’s Experience In American Medicine.

Vatican II-ism: How an Ideology is Replacing the Catholic Faith
Christopher A. Ferrara is an author and President and Chief Counsel of the American Catholic Lawyers Association, Inc.

The three remaining speakers, Steve O’Brien, Father Anthony J. Mastroeni, and James Bemis, columnist, are new this year.

Dr. Steve O’Brian holds a Ph.D. in history from Boston College and is the author of Blackrobe in Blue: The Naval Chaplaincy of John P. Foley, S. J. 1942-1946.

Fr. Anthony J. Mastroeni is a priest involved in higher education for more thatn 40 years. He has a Ph.D. in Moral Theology, a J.D. in Civil Law, and an M.A. in Counseling from Seton Hall University.
